Maxim Health Information Services has jobs for experienced healthcare professionals to support its offerings to customers, including on-site coding support, remote coding services, auditing and review services, education and training, HIM outsourcing, services to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, and clinical documentation improvement. Maxim Health Information Services is seeking AHIMA and/or AAPC certified medical coders for on-site inpatient assignments.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of three years inpatient medical coding experience and have at least one of the following certifications: RHIT, RHIA, or CCS. Must have extensive experience with CPT-4. Must have experience with DRGs, APR-DRGs, and APCs.
