Medical Records Analyst Jobs
The Analyst works closely with management to achieve ongoing compliance by extracting and interpreting statistical data, and creating and running reporting and research inquiries. Qualified candidates possess strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
Job duties of a Medical Records Analyst may include:
- Assigning ICD-9-CM codes for admitting, diagnosis, impairment groups and procedures.
- Discharging based on medical record documentation.
