MHIS values its employees, and is always looking for more qualified people to join the Maxim team. Current Maxim employees who refer qualified candidates that are successfully placed in direct-hire positions or on contract assignments will receive a $500 bonus for each *eligible candidate they refer.

*Eligible candidates include those people who complete 3 months work for a permanent placement or work at least 520 hours on contract assignments. Eligible candidates may not be currently or previously represented by Maxim, and they must not have been contacted as a former MHIS prospect within a year prior to the referral submission. Eligible candidates must be placed within three months of the referral submission.
